Our Retreats
SheFlow retreats were created to support women who need a reset, a moment to be filled up, and a place to be with other women who are on this ever-changing journey of life. A place where they can let go of all the roles they hold in their daily lives and have time to listen and hear their inner desire. The retreats combine yoga, not only the movement of the body but also a deep exploration into the heart, where all truth awaits to be seen. Having a safe place while learning to stay connected to yourself is the foundation of SheFLow. This creates a beautiful way to merge physical healing with emotional and spiritual growth. Yoga is the vehicle that offers a grounding and meditative foundation while creating a supportive, nurturing environment for deep conversations, allowing women to explore their inner worlds. This combination can be incredibly powerful for transformation and healing.
All of our retreats offer a different focus. Some retreats will be more intimate and centered on self-healing while others will have a combination of both inner healing and having fun adventures in nature and experiencing different cultures. This creates a rich, multi-layered retreat experience that helps participants connect not only with themselves and each other but also with the world around them.

As I move through the world, I see how hard it is to choose what is life-giving for our bodies, not just our physical bodies but our energetic and spiritual bodies as well. We live in a time where everyone has the answer, and they want to tell you what to do. My mission as your Ayurvedic Coach is to help you listen to all three parts. You have the gift of being in your body. We will uncover the blueprint that is already there for you. We will clear out the external noise through meditation, practices and experimenting with different things, so that you can learn how to know what is healing and what is harming you. You may feel like you can’t trust yourself right now, and that is ok. You will build that trust over time.
