Ayruveda

Do I have to follow a strict diet with Ayurveda?

No, as your Ayurveda coach I will giving you simple suggestions based on your Dosha and life style as to what will help you move in the right direction.

A Dosha is a way in which you are out of balance. There are three types of doshas. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Depending on how you are unbalanced we will work to bring balance back. For instance. If you are Vata your nutrition should be heavy and wet. This will help ground you.
Yes! I had not heard of Ayurveda until my yoga teacher training. I knew from the moment the teacher started the lecture that it would be apart of my life. There are many parts of Ayurveda such a the many parts of yoga. You will find over time the parts that help you some into balance.
I have several different packages available for you to choose from. After you send in the information form we can discuss which package is the best fit for you depending on what your needs are. I do have a minimum requirement of 3 sessions.

One on One Yoga

Can anyone do one-on-one yoga session?
Yes, I can work with anyone that is interested in learning more about yoga and how their body can benefit from yoga.
That is up to the person. I can come to your location, my home, or via zoom.

Retreats

Are your retreats co-ed?
I offer 1 co-ed retreat a year. My other retreats are for women only.
I typically have several payment plans.
YES! I make sure to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable on retreats. I will give modification for beginners and advanced students.
Yes. We will try our best to accommodate any diet needs.
